Our right of cancellation
If for reasons beyond our reasonable control, we may cancel the agreement at any time before the goods are delivered by giving notice to you. We shall not be liable for any other loss or damage whatever arising from such cancellation.
Delivery for Composite Decking, Composite Cladding and PS Wall Panels
Depending on your order, the item(s) will either be delivered by one of our personal drivers or a courier.
Delivery from the day of ordering is typically 3 – 5 working days but can be sooner we will be in touch with you at least one working days before delivery, if it’s not convenient for you please contact us as soon as possible.
Upon checkout you are accepting our term and conditions for delivery of your purchase. We will do our best to take into account your requirements, however we will determine the final delivery date. Deliveries are kerbside only. The buyer shall provide at his own expense the labour for unloading and stacking with utmost dispatch. Damage caused to the goods due to inadequate site access or careless unloading shall be at the buyer’s expense.
Upon delivery a photo will be taken to confirm the delivery has taken place, please check that you have received the correct quantity of materials before the driver leaves. If no one is in or available for the delivery, the delivery will still take place and the goods will be delivered to the front of your property. By agreeing to these terms you agree that the goods will be considered your property and you will be responsible for them once the delivery has been completed by our driver.
We are unable to cover any stolen or damaged materials after delivery, this is why we recommend somebody is available to accept the delivery. The delivery date will be confirmed via email, our drivers may also contact you on the day to confirm the time of delivery.
On extremely rare cases a delivery may be delayed from the original delivery date. This may be due to a reason such as a delivery vehicle breaking down. In such rare circumstances we will do our best to get the delivery to you on the same day, however, if we are not successful, we will rearrange the delivery for another day and provide you with prompt notification.
You agree Laurus Decor LTD is not liable for any costs incurred due to late or delayed deliveries.
Delivery of Artificial Green Wall
Depending on your order, the item(s) will either be delivered by one of our personal drivers or a courier.
Delivery from the day of ordering is typically 3 – 5 working days but can be sooner we will be in touch with you at least one working days before delivery, if it’s not convenient for you please contact us as soon as possible.
Cost of delivery is £9.95.
Collection
You can collect your order from our store (usually on the same day).
When the product is ready for collection, we will contact you by text or call. Please do not make the journey to the store until you have received confirmation from us that the product is ready.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within the first 14 days of you receiving your order, provided the items are undamaged and in their original packaging. Once the items arrive back with us and have been checked, we will process a full refund for them. We are unable to refund any shipping costs incurred. We do not accept returns for refunds after 14 days has passed.
We are able to process returns quicker if we know to expect them and they have the correct documentation with them. If you wish to return your items, please email info@laurusdecor.co.uk in advance to advise us that you wish to return the items.
Refunds can take up to 5-7 working days to be processed from the date the return arrives.
A refund can only be credited back onto the original card or bank account used to purchase the goods and will be issued within 14 days of receiving your goods in re-sellable condition.
Customers will be responsible for paying for their own return shipping costs. Such costs are non-refundable. All returns must include tracking and full insurance to cover any damage to the goods during transit.
Faulty Items
In the event that your product is faulty, please email us at info@laurusdecor.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the item(s). For a swift process please include your order number and photographic evidence of the issue with the product. Please note it is uncommon for our customers to experience such an event, however in the event that his happens we will amend the issue as fast as possible.
